Agra – Taking advantage of the Taj Mahal entry being free till August 15, more than one lakh Indian and foreign tourists visited the Taj Mahal on Thursday to see the Taj Mahal. The families of rural people around Agra also took full advantage of this. Many Agra residents visited the Taj Mahal after 10 years. Entry to all Archaeological Survey of India-protected monuments has been made free from August 5 to August 15. The crowd broke all the previous records in Agra Fort also due to the Taj Mahal shut down on Friday. This step was taken by the Union Ministry of Culture on the occasion of India’s 75 years of Independence Celebrations under the Amrit Mahotsav celebrations of Azadi.
