New Delhi -Indian chef Manu Chandra managed to win hearts with Indian food at the inaugural event at the 2022 International Film Festival of France. Manu was interested in cooking since childhood. His grandmother had always been giving him a sense of this art. Food was an important part of their joint family. Grandparents were from Tamil Nadu and Lucknow. That is why in most of dishes union of North and South is visible. He returned to India in 2004 after studying at the Culinary Institute, New York. To give something new to his food, he also did fusion of many dishes and curries. He made Indian Khichdi very popular at Cannes 2022.
