The Uttar Pradesh government will retire government employees above 50 years of age who are unfit for work or are facing corruption charges. State Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra has issued an order on Tuesday to complete the screening of employees who have completed 50 years of age in all departments by July 31.This rule will not apply to all employees, employees involved in corruption will be identified by screening. The screening work was stopped for two years due to Covid problem. Compulsory retirement has been given to more than 450 employees in Uttar Pradesh since 2018. On the other hand, Atul Mishra, general secretary of the State Employees Joint Council, believes that the government is troubling the employees, there is nothing other than this.
