After viewing the Bollywood film ‘Humare Barah’ and hearing both the parties, the Bombay High Court has allowed the release of the film after the producer of the film agreed to remove the objectionable portions. The division bench of the Bombay High Court allowed the release of this controversial film after the makers of the film assured the court that necessary changes would be made in ‘Humare Barah’ and a certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) would also be obtained. Hearing the petition, High Court Justices B.P. Colabawala and Irdus Pooniwala viewed the film and suggested some changes in it.
