New Delhi-Commerce Secretary, Rita Teaotia, chaired the first meeting of the Task Force on e-commerce. The suggestions were on wide ranging issues such as cross border data flows, taxation, trade facilitation and logistics, consumer confidence, IPR and future tech, FDI
