Mumbai – ED appealed to court to issue non-bailable warrants against diamantaire Nirav Modi and his family members in the over USD 2 billion Punjab National Bank fraud case.Enforcement Directorate charged Nirav Modi and 23 others under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in the over Rs 13,000 crore PNB scam case. The Special court of Mumbai said it would pass its order on June 12. Nirav Modi is said to have left the country before criminal cases were lodged against him.
