Non BJP govts from 2003 in Uttar Pradesh of being undemocratic, ignoring development and patronising corruption and criminals during their regimes said UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.He was releasing a white paper on the working of previous governments in Lucknow. He alleged that all previous governments during the last 15 years functioned irresponsibly and promoted corruption and undemocratic manners in the working.Mr Yogi said most of the State owned Public Sectors have been closed due to financial indiscipline and corruption.
