A 3-judge bench of Supreme Court, headed by justice AK Sikri will hear today the petition filed by Congress JD(S) combine, challenging the formation of Govt by the BJP in Karnataka. Supreme Court, swearing-in and government formation will be subject to the outcome of the petition before it. The apex court said it will also hear other respondents like BJP. SC directed that letter sent by Bhartiya Janta Party to the state Governor staking claim to form the govt also be placed before it.
