UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will sign a MoU for organising Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas in Varanasi from January 21 to 23.After signing this MoU they will make an official announcement.This is the first time that Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas will be held in Varanasi, the parliamentary constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.State Govt plans to take the participating dignitaries to Kumbh Mela at Allahabad during the programme.
