Sensex at Bombay Stock Exchange loses 156 points in early trade



Mumbai : The Sensex at Bombay Stock Exchange lost 156 points, or 0. 49 per cent, to 31,106 in early trade today.Rupee depreciated 15 paise to 64 rupees and 39 paise against the US dollar in early session. The gauge had gained 49 points in the previous session on Friday. National Stock Exchange’s Nifty retreated by 45 points, or 0.46 per cent,to 9,623.

International investors infused in 1.8 billion dollars in India’s capital market



New Delhi-Foreign investors infused in 1.8 billion dollars has been invested by foreign investors in India’s capital market in the last seven trading sessions. Funds were invested mostly in the debt markets by foreign portfolio investors, FPIs. The differential spread between 10-year bond yields in the US and India is still around 4.5 to 5 per cent. Tax levels reduced on 66 goods by GST council
