New Delhi-Indian Govt filed the second round of written pleadings in the ICJ the Hague,Netherlands in the Kulbhusan Jadhav case. Ministry of External Affairs of India said, it remains committed to making







all possible efforts to secure and protects the rights of Kulbhusan Jadhav.International Court of Justice had on 18th May last year indicated provisional measures as requested by India and passed an order obligating Pakistan to not carry out the sentence that was awarded Mr Jadhav through a farcical trial by the Military Court of Pakistan.
