New Delhi-Deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan was summoned by External Affairs Ministry of India and a strong protest was lodged at the denial of access to the Indian High Commissioner and consular
officials of the Indian High Commission to visit Gurdwara Panja Sahib in Pakistan and meet visiting pilgrims. Indian High Commission in Islamabad also registered strong protest at the incident.This is not first time neighbouring country has denied access to Indian High Commissioner to meet the visiting pilgrims.
