High Court of Karnataka to the state govt to arrange necessary security for peaceful release of Rajinikanth starrer Kaala film, which pro Kannada outfits had threatened to stall over the actors reported remarks on the Cauvery row.Karnataka HC Justice G Narendra issued the direction on the basis of a Supreme Court order, which had stayed ban orders imposed on the release of film Padmaavat by four states, early this year.KFCC had on the 29th of last month decided not to allow screening of Kaala, due for release on coming Thursday.
