 Rahul Gandhi has asserted that money and family background will not be the criteria for gaining position in Congress party.Those who worked with dedication and sincerity will automatically be gaining poisition in the party. He was addressing Youth Congress Workers in Kanpur . Later on, addressing unorganized labourers, he referred to the welfare schemes launched by the Prime Minister for their welfare. He has alleged that the schemes are not being implemented properly in Uttar Pradesh.
