Air asia will launch direct flights to the Indian cities of Kolkata, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram from next month.

AirAsia will begin its daily direct flights at a starting price of RM129. The current price is for the one way trip and the booking period has begun from October 15 and will continue till the 20th of this month.

This present fares will be in effect for the period of November 12, 2009, to July 31, 2010, for Kochi, November 16, 2009, to July 31, 2010, for Thiruvananthapuram
